How To Use Vacuum Tray Dryer?

Preparation:
Check the equipment for cleanliness and ensure it is in proper working condition.
Load the wet material onto the trays evenly, ensuring they are not overloaded to allow proper drying.
Close the tray dryer's door securely. -
Set Up and Operation:
Connect the vacuum source to the dryer.
Start the vacuum pump to create a vacuum inside the dryer chamber.
Set the desired drying temperature on the temperature controller.
Switch on the heating system to start the drying process.
Monitor the temperature and vacuum levels throughout the drying process. -

Completion and Shutdown:

Gradually release the vacuum by opening the vacuum valve to atmospheric pressure.
Open the dryer door and carefully remove the dried material from the trays.
Clean the trays and dryer chamber for the next use. -
Safety Precautions:
Follow safety guidelines while working with the equipment, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Be cautious when opening the dryer door after the drying process, as residual heat may still be present.
Avoid overloading the trays, as it can affect the drying efficiency and evenness.
