How To Use Air Tray Dryer?
- Preparation: - Check the equipment for cleanliness and ensure it is in proper working condition. - Load the wet material onto the trays evenly, making sure not to overload them for proper airflow and drying efficiency. - Close the dryer's door securely.
- Set Up and Operation: - Set the desired drying temperature on the temperature controller. - Switch on the blower or fan to start the circulation of hot air within the dryer chamber. - Monitor the temperature and airflow velocity throughout the drying process.
- Monitoring and Adjustments: - Keep an eye on the drying progress, observing changes in material appearance and moisture content. - If necessary, adjust the temperature settings or airflow rate based on the material's drying characteristics.
- Completion and Shutdown: - Once the material reaches the desired moisture level, turn off the heating system. - Allow the blower or fan to continue running for a while to cool down the trays and the dryer chamber. - Open the dryer door and carefully remove the dried material from the trays. - Clean the trays and dryer chamber for the next use.
- Safety Precautions: - Follow safety guidelines while working with the equipment, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). - Be cautious when opening the dryer door after the drying process, as residual heat may still be present.
