How To Use Vibrosifter?
- Preparation: Check the equipment for cleanliness and ensure it is in proper working condition. Verify that the mesh or screen is clean and free from any residue from previous usage.
- Set Up and Operation: Place the Vibro Sifter on a stable surface or mounting stand. Connect the power supply and ensure all electrical connections are secure.
- Loading the Material: Open the top lid or cover of the Vibro Sifter to access the sieve chamber. Load the material that needs to be sieved onto the center of the top screen.
- Start the Machine: Switch on the Vibro Sifter and activate the vibration motor. The vibration motor will cause the material to move across the screen surface, separating it into different particle sizes.
- Sieving Process: The material will travel along the screen's surface due to the vibratory motion, and particles will pass through the mesh openings based on their size.
- Collecting Sieved Material: As the material moves along the screen, the sieved material will fall through the mesh openings and be collected in the lower chamber or collection tray.
- Monitoring and Adjustments: Observe the sieving process and monitor the material's particle sizes and the flow of sieved material.
